Archi+techniX
As the design division of CATALYST, Archi+technix provides technical design and detailing for CATALYST's clients. Keeping the design function in-house, when possible, allows us to control design and work with the owner and contractors to predetermine costs while providing continuing value-engineering throughout the planning and construction phases. Having design capabilities also provides the contractors with quick responses to their requests for information, detailing to ensure quality control and attractive, architectural designs. When working with outside architects, we are able to communicate easily with drawings and details that show them our concepts to facilitate construction methods, provide completeness to the contract documents and pinpoint potential problems in the designs.
As a stand alone design source, Archi+technix also provides project planning and contract administration for projects whose needs are only for these services.
