Upon reporting the extensive findings, we then designed all the necessary repairs and obtained permits for the work as well as consultation with management on scheduling and detailing.

Nearly all of our Construction Management and Developer Services projects have required our involvement in designing some aspect of the project, whether it be the total design, architectural embellishments or detail sketches. Archi+technix prepares construction contract drawings, permit documents, and other plans required for obtaining building permits and land use approvals. Our designs are crafted to provide clear direction for contractors' understanding to construct the project with a minimum of uncertainty as well as providing plans that are efficient and cost effective to build.
